Pole Method
/ 8 weeks course
Discover the method's technique. This class is technique-based with various levels, allowing you to experience our approach to pole technique. We focus on the mechanics and technical proficiency for each move, ensuring efficiency and safety, moving with ease and lightness.
Pole Method 1
Focus on strength, body awareness, coordination, safety, and etiquette. No prerequisites required.
You will learn: pole climbs, fireman spin, pole sit, chair spin and basic invert.
Pole Method 1.5
In this level we will be executing high beginner moves and stabilising your inversions. Suitable for students who are working on knee grips and stable spins.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 1. Able to execute basic spins, stable climb.
You will learn: Multiple pole climbs, jamila prep, upper and lower hand diva, inverted crucifix and variations of pole spins.
Pole Method 2
Delve deeper into move mechanics, introducing knee grip moves and upside down transitions, while building on upright moves. Focus on seamless entries and exits, preparing for longer sequences with increased efficiency.
Suitable for students who have been away from pole and would like to ease back gently.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 1.5. Able to invert with bent knees.
You will learn: Leg hang switches, layback, superman from floor, elbow stand, spin to pretzel.
Pole Method 3
Introducing more head down and strength-based moves, longer sequences instead of single moves. Refine technique, perfect lines, enhance flexibility and control.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 2. Able to execute leg hang switches and straddle inversions.
You will learn: Butterfly, devil's point shuffle, iguana, genie, brass monkey from sit.
Pole Method 3.5
Introducing moves that require more flexibility and strength. Progress with increasing stamina on the pole. Suitable for students who would like to explore the technicality of intermediate moves and to advance with confidence.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 3. Able to execute inversions, two point contact spins, butterfly.
You will learn: jade, allegra, ballerina.
Pole Method 4
You will be introduced to complex sequences, dynamic spins and different variations of mounting up and down the pole. Explore individual styling, musicality, and deeper intentions on the pole.
Prerequisites: Completed Level 3.5. Able to execute aerial inversions, brass monkey and pole splits.
You will learn: Leg flares, reiki mount, extended butterfly, pike shoulder mount and dismount.

Pole Choreography
/ 8 weeks course
Embrace, emote and immerse yourself in a complete routine that seamlessly blends pole fluidity tricks sequences and dance movements on and off the pole. This approach allows your body to experience the pole fully, discovering a deeper connection and relationship between your body and the pole.

/ 8 or 4 weeks course

Explore new and expressive transitions that awaken your senses, finding each own's nuances and oneness between the pole, body and mind.
Pole Fluidity Beginner - Intermediate
Pre requisites: Completion of method 1 / able to execute basic spins on the ground. No Inversions.

Pre requisites: Stable spin invert from ground, outside and inside leg hang, genie, aerial jamila, superman, butterfly.
Pole Fluidity Intermediate - Advance
Pre requisites: Aerial invert, brass monkey, pole splits, pike to extended butterfly.
