Stretch

Breathe.     Expand.     Trust.

Stretching deepens your mind-body connection and enhances your pole training routine. Our classes offer Full Body, Hips, and Spine Opening stretches with gentle transitions between active and passive movements to encourage mindfulness and self-compassion. Each body is consciously adjusted to maximize the stretch with breath.

Deep Hips

Our hips are crucial in pole dance, serving as the pivotal point for leg movements. Hence, it's vital to nurture and strengthen them. In this class, you'll engage in exercises to enhance hip flexibility, mobility, and technique. Through progressively intense stretches, we aim to help you achieve splits and strong extensions while relieving tension from daily activities.

Soft Spin

Your spine is essential to unlocking your full potential in pole — when you awaken and expand your range of spinal movement, you’ll enhance your form and strength on the pole. In this class, we’ll take a gentle and effective approach, using various stretches for a healthy spine; sideways, forwards, backwards, and twists.

We will melt into deeper passive and active bends, increasing range of motion and learning to find softness in each moment.
